Under EU and Estonian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Opened food supplements and hygiene products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless the product is defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@maxfit.ee within 14 days of delivery. You can also submit a withdrawal request from your order details page. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or MaxFit wallet.
